Show Every MLS Listing on Your MyHome Website
MyHome connects to IDX Broker to display live MLS data on your site — search, listing pages, and lead capture, styled to your brand and updated automatically. Hosted outside WordPress, so nothing slows your site down.
The IDX integration and support has been nothing but stellar. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, but it worked out so amazingly because these guys just helped us from start to finish.

See IDX Integration in Action
Two complete MyHome sites running live MLS data through IDX Broker. Every IDX page is styled to match the theme design.
What You Get With IDX Integration
A complete set of tools to display, style, and capture leads from your MLS listings.
Search Like the Big Portals
Most IDX search boxes send visitors nowhere on a typo or a vague filter. Ours doesn't. Place search forms in hero sections, sidebars, or landing pages — all populated with live data from your MLS.
- Forgives typos — "maimi" still finds Miami
- Portal-grade filters — beds & baths together, price with quick-select
- 5 ready layouts — from a full hero bar to a compact sidebar box
Listings That Stay Up to Date
Display property cards anywhere on your site. Listings sync with your MLS automatically: new properties appear, sold ones disappear, prices update — no manual work, ever.
- Property cards on any page — filtered by location, price, or type
- Hourly refresh for most MLS boards
- Hosted outside WordPress — no heavy imports, nothing slows your site
Every Visitor Is a Potential Lead
Visitors register, save searches, favorite listings, and request showings without leaving your site. Contact details and browsing activity land in your IDX Broker CRM automatically.
- Registration, saved searches, showing requests built in
- Full activity tracking in your IDX Broker CRM
- Branded experience — buyers stay on your site, not on a portal
It Looks Like Your Brand. Every Time.
IDX pages and widgets inherit your MyHome colors, fonts, and button styles. Change your primary color or swap a font, then sync it to every IDX page with one click. No coding required.
- Colors, fonts, and styles applied across all IDX pages
- One-click sync from MyHome global settings
- Native feel from homepage to listing details

FAQ About IDX Integration
New to MLS integrations? This section breaks it down in plain language.
We wish we could say yes, but unfortunately we haven’t seen any company that offers a true IDX service for free. There’s a good reason for that: hosting tens of thousands of property listings, managing all those photos, and syncing data multiple times a day requires serious infrastructure and ongoing maintenance. All of that adds up in cost.
Some MLS boards do allow you to embed a very basic listing search widget on your site, but it’s highly limited. This kind of solution offers no SEO benefit (search engines like Google can’t index the property info since it’s essentially embedded from elsewhere). It also can’t be styled to match your brand, and it usually lacks important features like lead capture or advanced search filters.
With IDX integration, you can showcase every MLS listing right on your own website — not just your personal listings. This means buyers can search the entire market, view property details, and reach out to you without ever leaving your site. It keeps potential clients on your page, so they’re not wandering off to other real estate portals to find homes.
IDX also adds lasting value to your site through SEO. Each listing page on your site can be indexed by search engines, helping more buyers find you online. In short, having IDX turns your website from a simple online business card into a powerful, dynamic home search tool that engages visitors and generates leads for you.
You have two main options for showing MLS listings on your website:
Option 1: Import MLS listings directly into WordPress
This method pulls all property data into your website’s database. While it might sound appealing to have everything stored locally, it’s very demanding. You’ll need powerful hosting, a reliable system to import and update tens of thousands of listings daily (sometimes multiple times a day), and paid technical help whenever your MLS changes its data format or rules. Over time, this can become expensive and require a lot of maintenance.
Option 2: Use a hosted IDX service that handles everything for you
This is the easier, more reliable route. A hosted service such as IDX Broker stores all listings on its own servers, keeps them perfectly in sync, and displays them on your site through an integration or plugin. You don’t have to worry about heavy hosting requirements, complex syncing, or technical updates — the service takes care of it all. It’s also more cost-effective in the long run because you avoid expensive hosting and frequent maintenance fees.
MyHome was built specifically for Option 2. It works exclusively with IDX Broker, a trusted platform with over 20 years in the industry and thousands of happy clients.
Option 1 is not supported by MyHome. There’s no way to import listings directly into your WordPress database. This means you won’t see MLS listings in your WordPress dashboard or design their templates with Elementor, as all listing templates are delivered and managed through the IDX Broker system.
IDX Broker is the service that connects your website to the MLS database. You can think of it as the engine behind your property search — it pulls in all available listings, keeps them updated automatically, and provides the search tools visitors use to find homes on your site.
IDX Plugin is an add-on that works alongside IDX Broker through their Developer Partner program. It provides custom templates and extra features, such as the polished listing layouts and advanced search forms. When you set IDX Plugin as your IDX Broker Developer Partner under the Free Partnership Plan, you get access to these premium templates and widgets at no extra cost.
IDX Broker is a subscription service, separate from the MyHome theme. Plans start at $60 per month for a single agent, and the exact price depends on the plan you choose and your MLS board — some boards also charge their own small data-access fees. You can always check current pricing directly on idxbroker.com.
What we can promise from our side: when you sign up through our partner link, the $100 account setup fee is waived, the IDX Plugin partnership plan with premium templates is free, and we never add any markup on top of IDX Broker’s pricing.
There’s no catch — just a business model we’re happy to explain. We’re an official IDX Broker Developer Partner: when you sign up through our link, IDX Broker shares part of its revenue with us. That’s why we can waive the setup fee, give away premium templates, and spend real time helping you launch — we only earn when your IDX website is up and running.
Your price is exactly the same as going to IDX Broker directly. You just get more for it.
No. IDX/MLS is a North American system: MLS boards operate in the United States and Canada, and IDX Broker connects to those boards.
If you’re building a real estate website in another market, the full MyHome theme is the right tool — it has its own complete listing system with custom fields, advanced search, and Elementor templates, no MLS required.
MyHome ($69) is the full theme: its own listing system with custom post types, nine types of custom fields, advanced search, and Elementor templates for listing pages — plus optional IDX Broker integration. Choose it if you want to manage your own listings, or if you work outside the US & Canada.
MyHome IDX (free) is a special edition built purely for IDX Broker. The entire built-in listing system is removed, because IDX Broker handles listings, search, and lead capture. It’s free thanks to our Developer Partner relationship — it only makes sense together with an IDX Broker account. If your entire inventory comes from the MLS, it may be all you need.
Availability: MyHome IDX launches in the next few days. You can create your IDX Broker account today — connecting your MLS feed takes a few days anyway, so the theme will be ready before your feed goes live.
Getting started is simple. Sign up for an IDX Broker account through this special link.
This waives the $100 IDX Broker setup fee and automatically enrolls you in the IDX Plugin Free Partnership Plan. You’ll get immediate access to the exclusive templates featured in the MyHome demo, advanced search widgets, and full support to get your site’s IDX up and running.
If you already have an active IDX Broker account, that’s great. To get the exact same widgets and templates shown on the MyHome IDX demo, simply register for an IDX Plugin account under this link. After logging in, you’ll find quick instructions on how to set it as your Developer Partner and activate the IDX Plugin Free Partnership Plan.
