2016

It started with one real estate agency

A friend couldn't find a decent WordPress theme for his agency in Costa Blanca, Spain. We built one for him — fast search, friendly panels — and TangibleWP was born.

2017

MyHome tops ThemeForest

Launched in April 2017, MyHome became ThemeForest's top real estate theme in its first week. Within six months Envato named it a Featured Item and us a Featured Author.

2018

Envato Elite & IDX Broker partnership

Sales volume lifted us to Envato Elite Author status, and we became an official IDX Broker Developer Partner — bringing live MLS listings to MyHome sites across the US & Canada.

2020

Vehica hits the road

A theme for car dealers and automotive marketplaces — some running 30,000+ vehicles — built on Elementor, with speed as the headline feature.

2021

Listivo goes universal

Clients kept asking for a theme beyond real estate and cars, so we built Listivo: classifieds, directories and niche marketplaces with monetization built in. It quickly became one of ThemeForest's top listing themes.

2023

10,000 customers

Ten thousand licenses across 100+ countries — and a support inbox that has taught us more about listing websites than any spec ever could.

2026

Beyond the theme

We launched Built & Run for You — we build and run your site for $29/month — and doubled down on IDX with the free MyHome IDX edition, bringing live MLS listings to WordPress at no cost. 15,000+ sites and counting.
